Badiha Nassar
Past President
Badiha Nassar moved to Houston in 1972 working in the field of administration and office management. With Exxon Office Systems (Vydec), she was a Regional Administrative Manager overseeing nine branch offices. During her career, she worked in law offices, investment banking, and venture capital firms in an administrative role. Most recent position was as office manager of her husband’s medical practice in Pasadena, Texas.
She has served as President of the Southeast Harris County Medical Society and for two years served as President of the Grace Christian School’s Parent/Teacher Organization. After selling the practice and retiring, she became an active volunteer with Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre for over ten years, chairing many fundraisers and productions, serving as a Board of Director for five years, Chairman of the Board for the 2002-2003 season and finally volunteered as Managing Director for two years.
She currently is active with Assistance League of the Bay Area in Clear Lake where she has worked diligently on many committees for over ten years and with Houston Pets Alive as a foster for kittens and puppies. She has been on the Board of the Mary Jane Carvel Foundation since 2015.
